Before you get started, you’ll need to decide what kind of cheese you’ll use. I highly recommend making your own Paleo Cheddar Cheese; this recipe from And Love it Too is easy and works well here. If you use this, you’ll need to make your cheese a day ahead of time.
You could also use real cheddar (if you tolerate dairy) or a store bought dairy-free cheddar cheese.
Added bonus: These bad boys freeze really well. If you need me next weekend, I’ll be making the largest batch of Cheddar Biscuits ever attempted to stock the freezer for last minute dinner additions! Woohoo.
